Make horn pastry:-
1.Preheat oven to 400°F
2. String ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest🍋together until smooth.
3. Unroll refrigerated puff pastry dough on enclosed parchment paper and cut into 30 stripes lenghth-wise, creating long narrow strips, approx 1 inch wide.
4. Make using 30 small funnels using kitchen foil the wide and should be about 3 inches in diameter. Spray each cone with a very small amount of non stick spray. Wrap each of the strips in a spiral manner, overlapping slightly. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with powder sugar.
5. Bake for 12-15 mint or until golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely.
Make cream cheese lemon filling :-
Take a stand mixture add milk, cold butter, cheese, eggs,rose mary, lemon zest, lemon juice, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar beat for at list 2 mints it should become smooth
Take a cone and filling the cram cheese lemon filling.

Eggs/ egg wash(egg+water+beaten).
