Make crispy chilli potato:-

First wash and peel large size potatoes. Cut each potato in finger size and wash them. Then boil them in water for 3 to 5 minuts in medium flame. They should be firm & semi coocked. Drain them up completely in a colander.

Sprinkle salt, chilli powder And corn flour some orange food color. Then frying potatoes until golden brown on a medium heatd( we can also bake them for healthy purpuse).

Take a pen, add 1tbsp of oil & fry chilli & garlic, ginger past then add some onion, bell paper, fresh spring oniones add salt and 6tbsp corn flour water chilli powder, black Papper,1tsp vineger, 1tsp soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup mix well, garnish with spring oniones and sesame seeds.

Make samosa dough:-

Take a mixing bowl and combine all-purpose flour along with carom seeds and salt. Mix and then add ghee and start kneading by adding a little water at a time. Ensure that you add water gradually and make a firm dough. A soft dough will not make your samosas crispy. Cover the dough with a damp muslin cloth and keep aside for about half an hour.

Roll the dough in small round shape and cut into half. Now deep your hand in water, fold the edges of the semi circles in order to give it a cone shape.

Fill the semi circle with crispy chilli potato filling and deep fry. The samosas on low heat until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
